What You'll Do : Lead from the Front: While not a managerial role, you’ll guide and mentor the team, influencing HR decisions alongside the Service Delivery Manager. Stay Hands-On: Handle escalated L2 and handle L3 Level. Work closely with technical details while ensuring the team delivers exceptional results. Work alongside other teams such as Service Desk & Projects Team. Be a Catalyst for Change: Lead by example to inspire high-quality work, streamline operations, and enhance service delivery Champion Automation: Use modern tools to innovate processes, reducing manual work and boosting efficiency. from the Front: While not a managerial role, you’ll guide and mentor the team, influencing HR decisions alongside the Service Delivery Manager. Enhance Security: Leverage expertise in Microsoft Defender, firewall configurations, and endpoint protection to maintain robust defenses. Collaborate and Communicate: Interface seamlessly with clients and team members, translating technical complexities into clear, actionable insights. What We’re Looking For: MSP: Prior experience working for an MSP. Client-Focused: Excellent communication skills to engage with clients and guide your team effectively. Ensure maintenance of customers IT Infrastructure & handle escalated L2 and handle L3 Level support service requests (On Prem & Cloud). Detail-Oriented Leadership: A knack for diving into the details without losing sight of the bigger picture. Change Agent: A proactive mindset ready to challenge the status quo and drive continuous improvement.
