In this role, you’ll provide joyful experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as: Providing efficient and effective administration support to the Sales Team Delivery of outstanding service to customers as a first point of contact for enquiries Updating and maintaining systems and client communications Communication within the team as well as across various departments within Crown About you You’ll bring the following: Ability to multitask in fast paced environment Strong verbal and written communication skills Computer literate in Microsoft suit Customer service experience Desire to work within Sales and Events Industry
