About the Role We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the administrative tasks associated with our fleet operations, ensuring accurate record-keeping and supporting the efficient use of our vehicle resources. Requirements Responsibilities & Duties Maintain the relationship with key vendors (racking, vehicle OEMs, etc.). Manage the vehicle replacement & ordering process. Manage the distribution of fuel cards. Maintain fleet records to ensure all fleet reporting is up to date Work with the branches/technicians to ensure logbooks are completed on time. Maintain a master logbook register. Skills & Experience Prior experience in an administrative or fleet management role. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. ·Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and fleet management software.
