Admin and Claims Assistant — Perth, Perth Region

FourQuarters has partnered with an nationally established consulting firm who are seeking an Admin and Claims Assistant to join their team on a 12 month temporary assignment based here in Perth. The Role This position will see you perform administrative duties to ensure smooth and efficient operations of the claims process. The primary responsibility will be to support claims through processing of invoices. Additional duties include: Filing of claims records and provide clerical services in relation to claims. Process all invoices, entering payment into claim system. Identify areas for improvement in operations process. Producing claims reports as needed. Ensure compliance to regulations, policy and reference guides as per company procedures. About You You will have previous experience in a data entry role with proficient computer literacy across MS Office. You will have strong written and verbal communications skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills. Demonstrated time management with the ability to work independently and prioritise workloads. You will be a self-motivated individual with exceptional organisational skills.
