The role As our Sales & Service Contract Administrator you will play an important role in ensuring our business maintains compliance with contractual obligations and maintaining the integrity of our contract portfolio. You will manage they lifecycle process of our third-party agreements, ensuring we adhere to all policies and procedures, while supporting our senior leaders and stakeholders. You will: Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders while keeping in regular communication to understand their needs and expectations Proactively identify and address potential issues or concerns and act as the primary point of contact for all contract-related matters Monitor contract performance against agreed-upon terms and conditions and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on progress Identify and resolve performance issues. Manage contract variations and amendments while identifying and resolving issues arising from contracts, ensuring compliance with all contractual obligations Prepare regular reports on contract performance and regulatory adherence. Regularly communicate with clients to understand their needs and expectations. Proactively identify and address potential issues or concerns. Act as the primary point of contact for all contract-related matters. Manage client and internal stakeholder expectations. Contract Performance Management Monitor contract performance against agreed-upon terms and conditions. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on progress. Identify and resolve performance issues. Manage contract variations and amendments. Ensure compliance with all contractual obligations. Issue Resolution & Problem Solving Identify and resolve issues arising from contracts. Escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams. Develop and implement solutions to prevent recurring problems. Reporting & Communication Prepare regular reports on contract performance and regulatory adherence. Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams. Participate in client meetings and presentations. Continuous Improvement Through the use of data and insights, identify key opportunities areas relating to performance and / or adherence to contractual / regulatory requirements and actively promote these continuous improvements to internal stakeholders. Risk Management Extend key Risk Frameworks that contracts are governed by & translate / execute across the Sales & Service Division. This would include oversight management and delivery of the divisions Business Continuity Management frameworks and testing, as an example. Identify and report potential risks or inadequate controls related to compliance or operational risks. Champion a culture of risk and compliance across the division. Maintain awareness, understanding and compliance with Company policies and procedures, including the on-time completion of mandatory training.
