About us: Central Queensland Mental Health, Alcohol and Other Drugs Service provides specialist mental health, substance, and alcohol related care to residents of Rockhampton, Capricorn Coast, Gladstone, Central Highlands and Banana areas (catchment in excess of a population of 250,000) with services located in each area. The service works in collaboration with the Adult Mental Health Inpatient and Acute Care teams, and primary health, community, and private sector providers to reduce symptoms of mental illness and facilitate recovery. About the role: Provide high level professional and confidential support to the Service Director. Ensuring efficient and effective Administration support is provided to members of the Executive Management and Leadership Teams. About you: High level written communication skills and the ability to prepare complex correspondence with a high degree of accuracy. Advanced interpersonal and negotiation skills incorporating the ability to manage confidential information in an ethical and sensitive manner whilst effectively liaising with staff at various levels and disciplines to build productive relationships and enabling the appropriate resolution of issues. Proven ability to work within a team in a diverse and complex environment to achieve target objectives within specified timeframes and in accordance with defined practices and procedures. Excellent analytical skills with strong problem-solving skills and a logical approach to achieve outcomes and identify opportunities for improvement.
