Reporting to the IT & New Store Support Manager, you will be responsible for providing technical support to the organization’s end-users ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include the following: First point of contact for internal Team members, handling IT support requests which may cover applications, network, desktops, services, mobile devices, and peripherals used across the organization On/Offboarding users. Setup and install new laptops, software, mobile devices etc. Ensure to practice IT asset management, inclusive of component inventory maintenance and associated documentation Assist with projects as assigned including testing and supporting new technologies Escalate and work with both internal IT and external vendors to resolve incidents Assist with the setup and support of Zoom and Teams meeting rooms Document Support Processes and Procedures, as needed To succeed in this role, you will need to have the following: Minimum 3 years technical experience required working as a L2 service desk or desktop/network support Intermediate level skills required in Active Directory, Entra ID and Group Policy Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Intune, Windows 10/11, Android and Apple Phones Tertiary qualification / education in Technology highly regarded Industry certifications such as MCP, MCSA, CCNA or CompTIA would be favourable Working knowledge of Windows, MAC, and iOS Excellent communication written and verbal skills Excellent time and task management skills High attention to detail and ability to problem solve Highly Dynamic and adaptable work ethic Drive continual improvements at Support level Be autonomous, dependable respond swiftly to management direction Have a Make it Happen Attitude At Accent Group we are passionate about what we do and the people who Make it Happen.
