Skill & Expertise Selling group tours and travel experiences to direct customers and agent partners Both inbound and outbound sales both on the phone and by email No cold calling, every lead is warm. Maintaining a high conversion rate of inbound inquiries Working to sales targets Day-to-day administration duties Participating in training workshops and sales meetings Previous travel sales experience is desirable. Drive and passion to chase down bookings as part of an uncapped earning structure. Sales focused, reliable with good communication skills. The Benefits A base salary at $57,470k commission OTE $75K to $100k Super, trips abroad, incentives, company benefits & work life balance Work from home option BUT you need to live in a commutable distance to Brisbane for office meetings when called upon. This is a fulltime job working Monday to Friday and the office is open from 7am to 6pm, so there are a variety of shifts that can be worked on an ongoing roster basis. You only have to work 1 Saturday or Sunday (9am to 5pm) once every 4 to 6 weeks, so you get extra pay for this shift and a day in lieu to take as well.
