Key Responsibilities: Respond promptly to inbound phone and website enquiries, delivering accurate and timely quotations. Engage confidently in phone-based sales, converting enquiries and leads into confirmed sales while focusing on customer service excellence. Cultivate and strengthen relationships with existing customers to ensure ongoing satisfaction and loyalty. Maximize the potential of the current client base and actively identify new market opportunities. Collaborate with and support the operations team as needed. Track, manage, and process invoicing using the freight system. Perform additional tasks as directed by management. Skills and Experience: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proven aptitude for interpreting and applying information effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clear and professional client interactions. Proactive, detail-oriented approach to work, focusing on accuracy and efficiency. Demonstrated experience in sales, customer service, and relationship building. Ability to work independently and proactively, with a strong knack for troubleshooting and problem-solving. Proven track record in sales within the Australian commercial logistics sector (highly desirable).
