The Role: We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Fleet Sales Representative to support our Fleet Sales team and Fleet Hub in managing and developing ARB Corporation’s fleet accounts. This includes working with Fleet Management Organisations, both direct and indirect fleet customers, Government Departments, and Motor Vehicle Dealers. As part of the role, you will assist our National Sales team in responding to quote requests and inquiries, ensuring smooth communication and efficient handling of fleet customer accounts. Your contributions will help drive the success of these accounts, meet sales targets, and maintain the high standards of customer service that ARB is known for. Key responsibilities include: Respond promptly to fleet quote requests, ensuring the correct accessories and parts are included. Assist the National Fleet Sales Manager in addressing customer inquiries and requests, maintaining a high level of customer service. Support the Senior Account Manager in developing and executing tailored Account Management strategies that align with ARB’s corporate goals. Establish yourself as the technical expert on ARB products and services within the National Sales team. Coordinate fitting schedules with state offices and customers in collaboration with the Fleet Hub when required. Foster strong, productive working relationships both internally and externally with customers, suppliers, and service providers. Collaborate with the National Sales team to share ideas, improve operational efficiencies, and recommend strategies for growth and development. About you: The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator with a strong ability to build credibility and trust, key ingredients for success in this role. Technical Expertise: A solid understanding of 4WD accessories at the sales level is essential. Industry Passion: A genuine drive and passion for the 4X4 industry, with an interest in the commercial applications of fleet vehicles, is highly desirable. Customer-Centric: A strong customer service mindset, ensuring both internal and external customers receive exceptional service.
