About the Role We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and organised Recruitment Administrator to join our team in Perth on a casual basis. Reporting to the HR Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the management of the onboarding process for internal Australian recruitment and international secondment recruitment. Duties will include but not limited to Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Booking of Pre-Employment medicals, including receiving and reviewing results. Collation and checking of qualifications and tickets. Sending and receiving employment references. Issuing Contract Resources Inductions to candidates. Liaising with third parties and secondment employees to arrange required VISA’s. Requirements & Experience Needed 1-2 years’ experience in a Recruitment Administrator or similar role. Ability to manage multiple conflicting projects. Ability to work within a fast-paced environment. Excellent interpersonal skills. Highly motivated, driven & ability to thrive under pressure. Ability to build & maintain relationships across different stakeholder groups.
