ABOUT THE ROLE As a Contracts Administrator, your key responsibilities include: Assist in drafting, reviewing, and revising contracts, agreements, and other legal and related documents. Support the contract management process by reviewing contractual terms and conditions and identifying potential legal risks. Performing contract administration functions such as editing contract records, overseeing approval workflows and producing reporting Monitor changes in legislation that may impact the organisation. Provide appropriate interpretation, advice and guidance on contracts, agreements and regulations including reviewing terms and conditions against the Chisholm’s agreed policies and frameworks prior to submission. Identify potential risks in contract terms and conditions and propose amendments to mitigate risks and enhance contract enforceability. Maintaining the contracts register, contract disclosure, and contract records. Coordinating transition to any new contracts register and related systems (where required). ABOUT YOU You are a highly motivated individual with excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Qualifications required for the role: Bachelor of Laws, or a related degree in fields such as commerce and contracts management. Strong knowledge of contract law, Victorian procurement rules and policies, and compliance regulations.
