We believe our people make the difference. About the role The role is primarily administrative with frontline costumer service dealing and general enquiries. Data entry is a large focus of this position as well as managing client bookings and client and staff enquiries. You will be joining a team of dedicated administration assistants who work tirelessly to support clients and clinical staff who access ambulatory services. Work is based on teamwork and a collaborative mindset is essential. You will primarily be based at the Peter James Centre, Burwood East but you can be asked to work across campuses if the need arise. About you To be successful in this role you will possess: Medical Terminology (desirable) Be able to multi-task and prioritise tasks Thrive in a busy environment Work closely with our rehabilitation teams and will work collaboratively with a diverse range of health professionals Process excellent communication skills and have advanced customer service and interpersonal skills Be a team player Have an excellent eye for detail and enjoy contributing to a high standard of data entry and accuracy Have demonstrated advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook Vaccination against infectious disease is a mandatory requirement of this role.
