Our client is looking for a motivated and multi-talented individual who is passionate about supporting sales operations. This role is agile and people centric. Reporting to the Director, you will work with multiple stakeholders, unlock process efficiencies, and help to drive unprecedented quality and productivity. The Role A day in the life of this role will be diverse and fast paced. Broadly, you responsibilities will be within Administration, Operations Support and Marketing and will include some of the below tasks: Manage and update company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) Create and schedule social media posts to engage and grow our audience Monitor social media trends and competitor activity to suggest content ideas Help with website content updates, email marketing campaigns, and newsletters Managing ongoing customer relationships and ensuring a high-level of ongoing customer service. Maintain exceptional customer service standards and procedures. Oversee and support sales, administration, and logistics. Pre-empting, prioritising and responding to communication (email, phone calls, other) as required. Providing other ad hoc day to day and project support to the Director(s) as required. Monitor 3PL warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and order fulfillment, to maintain high levels of accuracy and efficiency. What You’ll Bring A good sense of humour and quick wit will help you thrive in this team 3-5 years' experience in a Sales / Operations Assistant role or equivalent Strong understanding of sales strategies, customer service principles, and 3PL warehousing operations. Problem-solving aptitude to address operational challenges and implement solutions. Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
