The Role This is a permanent, full-time position where you will be overseeing multiple 200 apartment builds valued between $50M - $100M, reporting to the Project Manager and Commercial Manager. Strong Pipeline: Work with repeat clients on a steady stream of exciting projects. What you will bring to the role: A motivated and adaptable CA with experience in commercial or multi residential sectors, having worked on projects valued at $20M Key Requirements: Proven experience in multi-residential apartments , commercial fit-outs , or industrial builds .
