Labourforce is currently seeking a Customer Service Officer for our clients based in Archerfield Our client is a manufacturer and installer of aftermarket safety products for truck and mobile/stationary plant equipment Your day to day: Answering inbound call, and making outbound calls to customers for delivery updates Data/order entry Following up on customer queries through email and calls Working alongside sales, manufacturing and logistics departments To be successful: Strong computer skills; ability to work between a variety of systems Able to work within a warehouse/factory environment Ability to work in a high volume/fast paced environment Whats on offer: The opportunity to grow within the role, with both vertical and lateral progression available for the right person Perm opportunity A 9 day fortnight where you will work 7am-4:30pm, or a normal 10day fortnight where you will either do 7am-3:30pm or 8am-4:30pm
