Salary guide: $75,000 - $110,000 per annum, including uncapped commission. Location: Central Melbourne area. Your normal day will involve: Engaging with customers to educate them about custom jewellery options. Facilitating sales of high-end jewellery items, including engagement and wedding rings. Maintaining an inviting atmosphere in the showroom and assisting in-store operations. Collaborating with jewellers and designers to offer personalized experiences. You will immerse yourself in a vibrant environment creating memorable experiences through the sale of unique, handcrafted jewellery. Your focus will be on soft selling; this means engaging customers through product education rather than aggressive sales tactics, helping them find their perfect piece.
