About the Role: WorkPac is currently in search of an Administration Officer to join our esteemed client's team based in Windsor. This position is part time hours, Thursday and Friday, for a 4-week trial then into a permanent part time position. Duties and Responsibilities: Provide high-quality customer service for client inquiries. Manage Medicare billing and petty cash. Coordinate client visits and maintain records. Handle incoming and outgoing communications. Monitor and maintain office supplies and resources. Assist with ICT troubleshooting and support. Ensure compliance with health and safety policies. Skills and Experience: Strong organizational and time management skills. Experience in administrative roles, preferably in a medical setting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and client management systems. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
