This agency is known for having a great culture across different teams. A great opportunity for Customer Service and Admin support officer to join this busy team on an ongoing temporary casual basis. About the role: • Providing professional and timely customer support to employers to assist with the completion and lodgement of their annual reports • Support the reporting process by assessing the eligibility of organisations and their reporting requirements, along with assisting with any login issues • Maintain accurate organisation information in the CRM system • Utilising the Agency Act, and available resources to advised employers of their reporting requirements and the consequences of non-compliance • Undertaking compliance duties as part of the reporting process to identify employers who may require a deeper level of assistance in lodging their report About you: • You will have high quality customer service skills – both with internal and external stakeholders • You will have previous CRM experience (ideally Salesforce) • You will have strong written and verbal communication skills, and able to communicate at all levels • You will have sound computer literacy including an intermediate level of experience using MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and databases. • You will comfortable working independently and flexibly, with limited supervision • You will have high attention to detail and have a sound analytical ability.
