Waverley Council is currently looking for Degree qualified Early Childhood Teacher to work in our Gardiner Early Education Centre. The position will involve: Collaboration and teamwork to lead and deliver a high-quality education program for children 0-5 years. Advocate for the rights of children to support inclusive practices and their voice. Compliance with regulatory requirements and to follow policies and procedures, including having a good understanding of child protection guidelines and child safe standards Communication skills that support building relationships with children, families, and team members. An ability to research, analyse and to support and mentor others towards continuous improvement in the provision of a high-quality learning program. Demonstrated understanding and strong commitment to the National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Framework. The ideal applicant will be a dedicated professional, who is enthusiastic and reliable, willing to learn and grow in a well-supported environment.
