About the Role A wonderful administrative opportunity within our Operational Finance team in the areas of Billing for full-time administrator on a permanent basis. As an Accounts Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in effectively and efficiently providing support to a number of our practice teams to ensure the best possible service for our internal and external clients. It is essential that you have strong organisational skills and are the kind of person who thrives on using your initiative. An eye for detail, strong client-service orientation and an enthusiastic approach to your work is also important. Ideally you will have proven experience in a similar role in a corporate environment. Key Responsibilities: Action tasks in a timely manner in accordance with agreed turnaround times; Advise and assist with system and matter setup for billing related items Data extracts to support different departments Answer and assist in billing related queries and act as a general helpdesk for queries & finance system troubleshooting; Correct billing errors across departments; Liaise with legal assistants regarding billing progress; and Actively contribute and provide suggestions to improve the Billing teams' processes and efficiency.
