Working closely with the Business Manager, you'll be involved in all aspects of the business operations from Not-For-Profit requirements, compliance and processes through to commercial operation’s duties. You will ensure daily processes run smoothly, streamline workflows and improve internal communications whilst engaging in a diverse and multifaceted environment. Your role will be varied, with the opportunity to manage certain areas of operations as well as take ownership of key projects throughout the business. Your responsibilities: Oversee job flows, deadlines, and internal processes to keep each department running smoothly and on time. Build and maintain strong client and supplier relationships. Collaborate with various internal departments and external consultants, service providers and other stakeholders to streamline workflows, improving efficiency and simplicity. Facilitate effective communication within the team and between departments. Ensure tasks are assigned, followed up and resolved, promote collaboration. Act as the primary contact for visitors, admin, bookkeeping, and accounting staff, directing queries to the correct department or collating and finalising as required. Ensure all workflows are in alignment with values, policies and best practice. What you’ll bring: As the Admin Supervisor, you will set the standard of professionalism throughout the business through exceptional client and customer service while ensuring high-quality support to all stakeholders, as required. You must bring: 3 years' experience in a similar role Leadership or mentoring experience High capability with a variety of computer programs and online tools such as Microsoft Suite, including Teams and SharePoint, Mac use is an advantage Superior organisational skills and a dedication to prioritising and completing projects Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Current NT Drivers Licence (“C” class or higher) Knowledge of basic accounting packages and practices is desirable Cert IV or above in a related field would be an asset in this role Larrakia are encouraged to apply
