The Role We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced National Sales Manager or an exceptional State or Regional Sales Manager, who will lead and drive the wholesale and retail sales strategy as well as engagement across the dealer network. This role is pivotal in achieving sales targets, fostering strategic relationships, and ensuring the successful execution of sales initiatives. With a focus on innovation, market penetration, and customer satisfaction, this role offers an opportunity to play a key part in the growth of an exciting brand. Responsibilities Achieve business objectives (turnover, market earnings) for wholesale and retail vehicle sales. Negotiate appropriate vehicle volume based on stock levels, long range planning to achieve the business yearly objectives. Design, deliver and implement effective monthly, quarterly and yearly retail sales plans Manage all budgets to deliver the optimum performance. Provide effective management of the team, coaching them to deliver a "value-add" service and "whole of business" approach Develop and enhance the dealers' performance and drive engagement through incentive campaigns Maintain strong and open communication with existing dealers and evaluate new or expanded opportunities Work closely with other functions to ensure alignment of brand strategy and operational objectives. About You Proven and demonstrated experience in a senior sales leadership role within the corporate/ OEM environment in the automotive or related industry. Demonstrated people management and leadership skills Advanced knowledge of sales management tools, CRM systems and project delivery.
