Mills Recruitment is seeking a part-time (3 days per week) HSE Administrator to join our client in Perth. Initially, this role is for 6 months with the view to permanency for the right candidate. About the role: This role offers the chance to contribute to the Health, Safety, and Environment Team by providing essential administrative and compliance support. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Assist in preparing and compiling monthly departmental reports. Maintain records for internal and external validations. Draft ad hoc reports, presentations, and newsletters for the H&S Team. Track expenses, raise Purchase Orders via Pronto, and handle receipt reconciliation. Manage onboarding processes for new team members. Organize team events, catering, and venue bookings. Support site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with regulations. Collaborate with H&S Team Leads to update documents and manage approval processes through ACONEX. Participate in document archiving processes. Work with the H&S Data Analytics Advisor on data entry for software implementation and system processes. Cleanse and amend data entries as needed. About you: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Teams. Strong attention to detail and high-level diligence. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of statutory safety requirements. Ability to thrive in a dynamic team environment. WA Driver’s License. Experience with systems such as INX, Cority, ACONEX, and Power BI.
