About the Opportunity Reporting to the Project Lead – International Deployments, the Project Administrator will support the delivery of international deployment cohort relating to International Placements with AUKUS Partners, specifically aligned to Nuclear Submarine Sustainment activities. This may include providing administrative support to the project team by generating reports, mobilising teams and providing hands on support a monthly induction for cohorts deploying internationally. This role requires an individual with intuition and flexibility, who thrives working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Support the Planning and execution of the International Deployment Plan and project elements within the contracted time Daily liaison with the deployments team and departments, such as Global mobility, People & Culture, Commercial, Procurement and Finance Preparation and collation of reports in accordance with project requirements General support to the Program Management team; Arranging formal and informal meetings, Publishing of notes, minutes & actions, Managing calendar appointments, and Maintaining project registers as required About you Certificate in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field - desirable 1 to 2 years’ experience in project administration or a similar role, preferably in a complex environment Intermediate in the use of MS-Word, MS-Excel and MS-PowerPoint Outstanding organisational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Strong verbal communication skills Good written communication skills Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships throughout multiple business streams Eligibility This role requires a current National Police Clearance, an Australian Defence Security Clearance and an ability to access protected US defence technology. Your eligibility for this role is dependent on you obtaining and maintaining such clearances and approvals.
