If you’re passionate about creating a positive impact, thrive in a collaborative environment, and are eager to contribute to the success of a growing organisation, we’d love to hear from you YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Be the first point of contact: Manage phone calls and emails efficiently, providing clear, professional, and friendly communication to clients, visitors, and team members. Support a busy team: Coordinate and schedule inspections, ensuring everything runs smoothly and appointments are confirmed or rescheduled as needed. Organise and manage documents: Set up new project files, ensure all data is accurate, and maintain a well-organised online database for easy access. Liaise with clients and stakeholders: Assist with compliance documents, follow up on project requirements, and ensure timely submissions to councils and governing bodies. Collaborate with key partners: Work closely with NSW Councils, the ACT Building Registrar, and other relevant agencies to keep projects on track and up to date. Deliver solutions: Take on project tasks as needed, providing valuable support to ensure the team’s goals are achieved. EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENTS Background in building/construction, manufacturing, engineering, mining, or real estate industries is desirable. Experienced or eager to learn: Previous office administration experience is a bonus, but we’re open to candidates with a passion for learning and growing in the role. Tech-savvy: Comfortable with a range of software tools, you’ll quickly adapt to new systems and help improve efficiencies. People person: With excellent communication skills, you’ll build rapport with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders, making a positive impact every day. Detail-oriented: Proactive and organised, you’ll keep track of key details and ensure projects run smoothly.
