As a Systems Engineer you will carry previous background in providing on-site, remote and hybrid solutions to SMB's from a large range of industries. This role will focus not just on fixing complicated technical issues but will give you the chance to learn and work with industry professionals in Networking, Infrastructure, Cyber and Sales. You will be able to develop stronger skills in communication through client interactions while being able perform excellent customer service. You must have 2 years previous experience working in an MSP environment. About you History working for a Managed Service Provider, handling multiple clients at once Proficient in Microsoft stack including Windows Server, Office 365, Azure Active Directory, Intune and Exchange Server Assist in managing and maintaining Azure environments Work closely with the IT team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of client systems. Carry networking experience across switches, routers and firewalls Strong experience in server/computer, storage and cloud configuration Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to collaborate with team members and work in a fast-paced environment Requirements MUST have current drivers' licence and access to a vehicle Qualifications in IT or equivalent or industry certifications Hold Permanent Residency or Citizenship Ready to chat?
