Your contribution As a Senior Communications Officer (Behavioural Design), your role will be invaluable in driving positive change and shaping our organisational culture.A day in the life of this role might include:- Applying behavioural insights to develop initiatives that inspire action, deliver meaningful outcomes, and provide value early, with continuous improvement at the forefront.- Designing and adapting user-centred communication strategies that influence workplace behaviour and culture in a fast-paced, iterative environment.- Creating visually engaging and accessible resources, including infographics, SharePoint content, and behavioural toolkits, ensuring they meet diverse workforce needs and remain relevant in a dynamic context.- Collaborating with agility, co-designing solutions with colleagues and stakeholders, incorporating feedback, and iterating to address emerging organisational trends.- Reflecting with the team to celebrate successes, identify opportunities for improvement, and incorporate lessons learned to foster continuous growth.
