This role sits within the design & delivery arm of Vulnerability Standards & Governance and will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering a vulnerable customer omni channel experience. We are looking for someone who can: Design and inform vulnerable customer experiences across all channels including digital Ensure experiences meet regulatory requirements while exercising strategic forethought. Key responsibilities will include: Designing a target state experience and roadmap for delivery based on customer insights Maintaining and prioritising a backlog of redesigns and uplifts based on customer pain points and opportunities. Develop customer testing specifications, mock ups and hypothesis Bringing a variety of stakeholders on the journey and getting their input at key moments Work with production to follow process for sign off digital delivery Deliver collaboratively Ability to understand vulnerable customer needs and scenarios through leading and directing specialist customer research. Understanding of design process from design through to delivery and go live stage Experience preparing content for production including Figma wireframes and briefs submittal to BASE. Documentation attention to detail, comparative analysis and integration of stakeholder feedback. What’s it like to work there?
