Maintain in-depth product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers. Support the sales team in achieving and exceeding sales targets. Oversee inventory management, including restocking shelves and preparing for new product launches. Handle customer complaints and returns professionally and efficiently. Train and mentor junior sales assistants to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards. Desirable Skills & Abilities: Proven experience in retail sales, preferably within the furniture or home décor industry. Strong customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing demeanor. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets. Solid organisational and multitasking skills.
