We believe our people make the difference. About the role The role is primarily a front reception position, but you may also provide administrative support for our clinics. You will be greeting clients, answering phone queries as well as providing administrative support for the centre. You will be joining a team of dedicated administration assistants who work tirelessly to support clients and clinical staff who access ambulatory services. Work is based on teamwork and a collaborative mindset is essential. You will be working from the Angliss Community Rehabilitation Centre but can be asked to work across other campuses if the need arise. About you To be successful in this role you will possess: Medical Terminology (desirable) Thrive in a busy front office environment and dealing with a diverse range of clients Work closely with our rehabilitation teams and will work collaboratively with a diverse range of health professionals Process excellent communication skills and have advanced customer service and interpersonal skills Be a team player Have the capacity to multitask and prioritise workload Have an excellent eye for detail and enjoy contributing to a high standard of data entry and accuracy Have demonstrated advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook Next Steps Apply online if you feel we are a good match, you have the skills and qualities to make a difference, and are eligible to work in Australia.
