About the Role: Contracts Administrator PHE is seeking a Contracts Administrator who thrives in a dynamic and rewarding work environment. This full-time position requires a proactive professional with exceptional attention to detail, a strong grasp of contractual and commercial principles, and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities: Prepare, review, and manage contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards. Oversee contractor performance, assessing progress claims, variations, and extensions of time (EOT) claims. Support procurement, tender evaluation, and contract negotiation processes. Maintain detailed documentation, registers, and communication records. Identify risks and opportunities for improvement in work processes. Resolve contractual disputes and provide expert guidance to stakeholders. Monitor compliance with safety and quality standards.
