Optimal pathing control/ hire car management & proactive management of customers into our assessment centres and repairer network Work with associated system and administrative processes associated with the customer pathing,& repair/ total loss journeys. Reduce leakage through effective management of hire car duration. Take responsibility for getting claims on track and progressing. What experience you’ll bring Exceptional customer service engagement and ability to prioritise work. Interest in & ability to develop professional relationships across the motor repair, towing, hire car & assessing industries. Excellent team member who can positively support colleagues and live our ‘one team’ values. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Computer literate for all claims & assessing software packages. Good Analytical and problem-solving skills. Address challenges, persuade and influence outcomes to attain desired results.
