Successful candidates will play a pivotal position in managing claims end to end, offering support to individuals navigating losses amid catastrophic events like fires, flooding, or property/ Motor damage. Manage a portfolio of claims, with the workload determined by volume. Address and manage confrontational situations effectively. Make confident and informed decisions regarding claims. Draft and issue denial letters when necessary. Resolve conflicts that may arise during the claims process. Make determinations on the outcome of each claim. Address and overcome objections from various stakeholders. Manage and navigate overwhelming situations with composure. Handle claims involving significant losses such as homes, fires, flooding, and lost property with sensitivity and empathy.
