This is your chance to be part of a brand-new business from the ground up, showing the industry that a customer-first approach wins every time. What You’ll Do: Become the go-to expert: Work with electronic security systems including access control, intrusion alarms, CCTV, and IP camera systems. Lead customer interactions: Engage with customers at the counter, over the phone, and via email, ensuring all enquiries and requests are handled efficiently. Support sales success: Prepare and send quotes, process orders, and follow up on sales enquiries. Make friends with customers: Forge connections that last, focusing on relationships that go beyond just business transactions. Keep operations smooth: Assist with stock control, re-stocking shelves, and picking and packing orders. Be adaptable: Handle ad-hoc tasks as needed to support the team and the store.
