Market Leading Business High End Luxury Homes Leadership Position This well known High end, luxury home builder is looking to appoint an experienced Design Manager to their team. Working on custom homes ranging in size up to $10 million you will take up a senior role within an expanding organisation. In this role you will lead a team of Design Managers and Drafters in the creation and management of detailed architectural plans. The role ensures that designs meet client expectations, building codes and aesthetic standards while managing workflow, deadlines and collaboration between relevant stakeholders. To suit this role you will be qualified in architecture or drafting and have at least 7 years experience, ideally with at least 3 years in a leadership function. You will have proven experience working on high end residential projects with an understanding of residential building codes and zoning laws. you will have advanced skills in archiCAD, combined with good communication and leadership skills. To fit within the existing high performing team you will be a problem solver who can achieve results. Remuneration will suit experience for the right person.
