About the Role As an Engineering Team Manager , you’ll oversee two specialized teams (Detect & Defeat) working on state-of-the-art algorithms that integrate hardware, software, and FPGA technologies. You’ll balance technical leadership, stakeholder collaboration, and team management to deliver high-performing solutions that meet business objectives. Key Responsibilities • Team Leadership: Guide and manage two highly skilled teams, ensuring alignment with business requirements. • Project Delivery: Drive the development and deployment of commercial solutions, maintaining a strong focus on end-product outcomes. • Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with diverse stakeholders across hardware, software, and FPGA teams to facilitate research and development. • Mentorship: Foster a culture of excellence by mentoring team members and promoting industry-standard practices. • Strategic Alignment: Translate business objectives into actionable plans, bridging communication between technical teams and executive leadership. What You’ll Bring Qualifications and Experience: •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a similar technical field—or equivalent practical experience. •Over 5 years of experience leading engineering teams. •A proven track record of delivering commercial solutions through the entire product lifecycle. •At least 2 years of experience in RF system development. •Electronic Warfare (EW) experience (highly valued).
