ABOUT THE COMPANY This leading building and development firm in Sydney is renowned for delivering high-profile new build projects ranging from $50M to $150M. Known for its strong company culture, excellent subcontractor relationships, and a reputation for prioritizing safety, this company has built some key structures in the city. They are now looking for an ambitious Site Engineer who wants to progress into Project Engineer and eventually Project Management. ABOUT THE POSITION As Site Engineer, you will work collaboratively with the site team to deliver a project valued at $100M. You will liaise with the project team to ensure that the project is delivered to a high standard, with a strong focus on WHS legislation, programme management, services coordination, RFIs, and more. This position will provide well-rounded exposure. DUTIES Support the Project Manager Service coordination Programming Subcontractor and trade management SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Tertiary or Trade Qualification in a building-related discipline is preferable Proven record of monitoring, managing, and complying with WHS and Quality Assurance processes Strong track record of stability with previous employers CULTURE This dynamic team fosters a supportive and collaborative work environment where training, mentorship, and responsibility are at the forefront.
