Provide technical leadership to engineering teams to ensure that support services are delivered successfully and that all technical deliverables are met. Act as an internal and external contact point and advisor in relation to the delivery of engineering services to customers Develop and maintain a skills matrix that represents current team competencies & alignment with customer competency requirements Management and resolution of customer escalations relating to service delivery Ensure that relevant vendor certifications are obtained and maintained across the engineering teams Participate in strategic planning for key customers Actively track and report on utilisation across the engineering teams and provide capacity planning recommendations Promote a culture of service excellence and continuous service improvement. What experience will I need? Minimum of 5 years’ experience in IT Managed Services within Operational management disciplines. Proven knowledge & experience developing best practice ITIL aligned operational framework and processes for Managed Services environments. Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to drive improvement, change and innovation within the team. Who is Data3?
