With the opening of our first campus in Victoria, we are now hiring Customer Service Representatives to join our team at our fabulous Box Hill c ampus. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for all Melbourne Matrix parents and students in person, over the phone and online. You will manage the day to day operations of the Box Hill campus and provide service and support to the students, parents and staff members. Full time and casual opportunities exist. On-the-job training and support is provided. What you’ll do… Day to day operational management of the Box Hill campus, Responding to inbound telephone, email and face to face enquiries, Making outbound sales and engagement calls, Ownership of end to end enrolment management, from trial lessons, enrolment to retention, Management of customer profiles and enrolments on the CRM, Delivery of internal communications at the campus level, Providing support to staff and students on site, Ad hoc administrative duties. What you’ll need… Minimum one year experience in Customer Service, Administration, Retail or Sales, Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, Exceptional time management skills, Keen attention to detail, Tertiary studies or qualifications in Commerce, Business, Arts or Education will be highly regarded.
