The Role An exciting opportunity has become available for an exceptional Administration Officer at our Caulfield Campus. This is an intricate role that requires special customer service abilities as it interacts with staff, students and parents. This is a fixed-term, part time opportunity working 3 days a week, which can be flexible to meet your needs. As a key member of our Administration team, you will have a range of responsibilities that consist of calendar management, organising resources for events and providing administrative duties to Heads of House. Key Duties Be the first point of contact, both in person and over the phone, and providing a warm and friendly welcome for students, parents and staff at reception. Assist with a variety of administrative tasks, including database management for reporting, student behaviour management, invoicing, preparation of campus communications, organising parent conferences, meetings, and assisting with all major Senior School events including but not limited to: assemblies, sporting competitions, student transition and carnivals Provide exceptional customer service, show great attention to detail and have a continuous improvement focus Model and live the Caulfield Grammar School values and behaviours Skills and Experience Administrative experience with exceptional customer service focus and experience in the full Microsoft suite and some finance exposure Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and the ability to be flexible and adaptable as when needed. Have the ability to form positive relationships and work well with a range of different colleagues across the campus. Highly motivated, forward thinking and proactive mindset and approach to task Level 1 First Aid, CPR, and Anaphylaxis Management Certification or be prepared to obtain these Hold or willing to obtain an Employment Working With Children Check.
