With the opening of our first campus in Victoria, we are now hiring a Customer Service Lead to join our team at our fabulous Box Hill campus. As a Customer Service Lead, you will start as the first point of contact for all Melbourne Matrix parents and students. You start by providing course and enrolment information and delivering the full range of administrative services to our Melbourne clients. You will then play a key role in the hiring, training and leading the service team, and the day to day management and operations of the campus and the team. What you’ll do… Responding to inbound telephone, email and face to face enquiries, Making outbound sales and engagement calls, Being the first point of contact for queries from new and existing customers, Ownership of end to end enrolment management, from trial lessons, enrolment to retention, Onboarding and training of the local customer service and sales team in the lead up to the first term of teaching in 2025, Managing a team of Melbourne Service and Sales Service Representatives, with directions form the Sales and Service Experience Managers, Campus and office set up and management. What you’ll need… Minimum two years’ experience in Customer Service, Administration, Retail or Sales, Previous experience in education management or administration is desirable, Proven success in achieving sales KPI’s, Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a confident, polite and professional approach, Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, Experience using LMS and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), Exceptional time management skills, Keen attention to detail, Tertiary studies or qualifications in Commerce, Business, Arts or Education are preferred, but not essential.
