Your Opportunity Are you an organised, people-focused individual with a passion for making a positive impact in the community? We are looking for an energetic Administration Officer to join our team In this role, you’ll provide vital administrative support to community services programs, ensuring smooth site operations and contributing to a workplace where health, safety, culture and teamwork are at the heart of everything we do. If you're a multitasker with great initiative, critical thinking, confidentiality and an interest in supporting others, we’d love to hear from you Your key responsibilities will be to: Provide high level administrative and secretarial support to the leadership team and operational staff. Assist with the effective management of information and data for the office and programs. Produce materials to support the office or programs including correspondence, presentations, reports, meeting materials and files. Coordinate meeting agendas and document and prepare detailed minutes Complete a range of site administrative, reception & work, health and safety tasks to ensure the site/office is effectively organised and compliant. Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective referral pathways and collaborative service delivery. Respond to public enquiries promptly including answering general enquiries, promoting Mission Australia’s no-wrong door policy. Requirements for Success Certificate in Business Administration or demonstrated experience of a minimum of two years in a similar role Knowledge of established work practices and procedures relevant to the workplace Sound understanding and application of computing concepts and administrative functions A flexible and adaptable working style with the capacity to change focus and direction swiftly Exemplary analytical, numeracy, written critical thinking and verbal communication skills. Excellent organisational and time management skills Before starting work with us, you will need to undertake a national police history check, qualifications, and referee checks, and have a clearance to work with children/vulnerable people.
