The Company On behalf of an established & very well known retail organisation we are seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Officer to join the team of devoted and loyal staff. This is a permanent, full time role is based in the CBD and can offer 2 days WFH once trained. The Role For this position we are on the lookout for an engaging candidate with strong oral and written communication and strong EBA interpretation experience. Reporting to the Payroll Manager, your day to day responsibilities will include: Processing a high-volume weekly payroll Ensure accurate payment of wages, superannuation and government taxes Assist with the implementation of new processes. Manage any payroll related queries coming from staff to head office Processing, reconciling and clearing month end figures Calculate annual leave and sick leave provision Assist with payroll reporting, including year-end Your Profile This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Payroll Officer to develop their career. Our client is looking for someone who has worked as part of a team within a medium to large corporate business managing a payroll in access of 1000 employees. Ideally you have experience in manually interpreting multiple EBA's using a large payroll system like Chris21 or Micropay
