You will be responsible for accurately and efficiently solving customer enquiries and creating an outstanding customer experience. Your tasks will include: Assisting customers with enquiries via inbound and outbound calls Answering customer messages and ensure resolutions are achieved and followed up Assisting customers with internet banking enquiries and troubleshooting any issues Monitor and assess customer online applications, including liaising with customers and branch staff, in terms of the end-to-end Digital account application process Reporting Internet Banking related issues and customer complaints to Supervisor and Management Complete general administrative and ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Customer Service Centre Manager About You We are seeking someone who has the following skills and experience: Previous experience in customer service or call centre operations, delivering exceptional customer service in a dynamic customer environment Minimum 1-2 years general banking experience and understanding of product and processes Able to work as part of a team to deliver great customer outcomes High level computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Office Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Sounds like you?
