Based onsite in our Head Office near Brisbane Airport, this is an exciting opportunity to join our Training Team as a Training Administrator . This role plays a key part in ensuring that Alliance Airlines' training requirements are effectively administered, with accurate record keeping in line with the Company Training Manual. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Maintaining training records and ensuring training currency for staff and contractors. Developing and maintaining training schedules. Administering the company Learning Management System (LMS). Sourcing external training courses and venues. Updating company manuals and training materials as required. Reporting training outcomes. You will be proactive, highly organised, and have the ability to build strong relationships. Qualifications, skills, and experience we are seeking include: Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent. Understanding of training administration, training delivery software, and Learning Management Systems (LMS). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft 365 suite, including SharePoint. Strong initiative and attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to prioritize work commitments effectively. Previous experience in training administration, including working with LMS and Microsoft 365 programs. Does this sound like you?
