About the role We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Administration Officer to join our team, responsible for delivering excellent customer service and administrative support to the Community & Disability, Home Care team. You will play a key role in managing the administration of approximately 1,200 Home Care Packages across Victoria and over 500 Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) clients. Deliver top-tier project management to ensure initiatives are completed on time and within budget, while expertly planning and reporting against key performance metrics. Handle administrative tasks for Home Care Packages and CHSP compliance Reconcile and process invoices Respond to queries via phone and email Assist with package reconciliation and upgrades Data entry and prepare reports and documents About you Certificate III or higher in Business Administration or relevant experience High proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel Strong time management, multitasking, and attention to detail Experience with Aged Care clients and Home Care Packages Familiarity with Carelink or similar software Satisfactory completion of a National Criminal Records Check Why VMCH?
