We have multiple full time permanent positions available for Customer Service superstars to join this supportive, positive and customer service focussed team. The role: Handling inbound calls from clients and financial advisors regarding insurance enquiries Provide a personal and sincere customer service experience Identifying customer’s needs through effective questioning and active listening skills Managing and updating customer records Work collaboratively within a team environment Work within policies and guidelines to ensure quality and compliance What are we looking for? Demonstrated outstanding customer service experience, either face to face or within a contact centre environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong willingness to learn, adaptability, and a positive, can-do attitude Analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work well and collaborate with a team What's in it for you?
