About the role As the People and Talent Administrator , you'll play a vital role in supporting the People team across the full employee lifecycle, with a focus on recruitment. From coordinating job ads and interviews to onboarding new hires and presenting staff inductions, your days will be varied and rewarding. Key responsibilities include: Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment, including posting job ads, coordinating interviews, reference checks, onboarding, and offboarding. Teacher and Student Support: Coordinate student teacher placements, liaise with universities, and support teachers with the process. Inductions: Organise and run monthly new staff induction sessions. HR and Admin Support: Oversee the talent inbox, maintain HRIS systems, ensure compliance with qualifications, and assist with general HR administration. Office Engagement: Help maintain a welcoming and engaged office space. About you We’re looking for an enthusiastic and proactive individual who is ready to jump in and make a difference. You’ll bring: Experience in HR or similar administrative roles, with exposure to recruitment processes. Strong organisational and multitasking skills. A solid understanding of HR practices, whether through practical experience or relevant qualifications. Exceptional communication skills and a team-oriented mindset. A positive attitude and the ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
