Our client is seeking a National Account Manager to oversee the Chemist Warehouse account across Australia and New Zealand. About the Role: As the National Account Manager for Chemist Warehouse ANZ, you will: Drive sales, market share, and distribution growth. Develop and implement joint business and marketing plans in line with the company’s strategic direction. Build and maintain collaborative relationships with key stakeholders at Chemist Warehouse. Strategically manage New Product Development (NPD), promotional initiatives, and category opportunities. Provide insights on market trends, competitor activity, and category performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Field Teams. Key Responsibilities Lead the strategic partnership with Chemist Warehouse across ANZ. Drive new customer strategies in New Zealand. Achieve and exceed sales, market share, and profitability KPIs. Manage account profitability, including Cost of Goods Sold, rebates, and return on investment. Present regular business updates, category insights, and recommendations to account stakeholders. Ensure effective forecasting and planning for promotions and NPD. Travel across ANZ for account visits, conferences, and expos as required. Strong customer relationship management and negotiation skills. In-depth understanding of key account operations, ideally within the complementary health sector.
